Refund Policy

Pulak Design Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) sells digital products and digital services through this website. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All payments on this website are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

1. Digital Products & Services

Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, UI components, templates, code snippets)

  • Access to digital content or licensed materials

  • Subscription-based digital services

Because these are digital products, delivery is typically instant and irreversible once access is granted.

2. General Refund Policy

  • All sales are considered final once a digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

  • We do not offer automatic refunds for digital products due to their nature (they cannot be “returned”).

  • Refunds are only granted in limited circumstances outlined below or where required by applicable law.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is materially defective or not functioning as described

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • There was a technical error that prevented access and we are unable to resolve it

  • The product was misrepresented on the sales page in a material way

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of use or failure to download the product

  • Incompatibility due to unsupported software, hosting, or third-party tools not disclosed by the customer

  • Failure to understand product features clearly described on the product page

  • Requests made after a substantial portion of the content has been accessed or downloaded

5. Paddle-Processed Refunds

  • All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle’s checkout receipt or Paddle’s support system.

  • In some regions (such as the EU/UK), Paddle may allow refund requests within 14 days of purchase, subject to legal requirements and Paddle’s internal policies.

  • Paddle’s decision regarding refunds is final.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

  • Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through Paddle.

7. Legal & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or overrides your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws. If local consumer protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights will apply.
